It
Shaking, the Chinese Hairless dog was standing there; its black
and white fur wavering on the top of its head. My aunt said that
the reason that the dog was shaking was because he was nervous to
meet new people, but I thought that the reason was that the dog
was cold; I knew that it was about 50 degrees outside because I
could feel a great chill on my feet as I stepped outside. The "rodent"
also had a little bit black and white fur on its paws and was only
9 inches tall and about 5 inches wide.
My aunt asked me three times if I wanted to hold the
"rodent" and each and every time I told her no. But after
the third that I told her no, she started her walking over to me.
By the way that she dragged her feet on the ground as she walked
towards me, I knew that something was wrong - it was all in slow
motion to me. She was right up in my face when she plunked the "rodent"
down into my arms.
I felt the nasty skin of the Chinese Hairless that
my aunt said felt like elephant skin. I felt the cold of the dog
on my skin, and I wanted to drop the ugly dog on the ground. I didn't
because I was afraid that I would hurt the dog. Otherwise I would
have thrown him at my aunt because she made me so angry. It just
shows that she has no respect for me. When my aunt said that the
dog felt like elephant skin. I stared at the ground and I knew that
I would have to put the dog down. I tried to put the dog on the
ground as gently as I could and ran into the house because that
is what freaked me out the most. I stayed in the house for the rest
of the day and away from that dog.
